Travelex India Pvt. Ltd. CSR Initiative for Tribal School
On 29th June 2019, handed over 100 Benches at Dahivali Vibhagh Madhyamik Vidhyalay, Shahpur taluka, Dist. Thane, Maharashtra by the NGO social workers. This was supported by Travelex India Pvt. Ltd. This school is situated in a remote area, around 47 km away from Kalyan city. A Poultry Farm has converted into this secondary school with students from V Std to X Std. All the students belong to the tribal community from below poverty-agricultural laborer. There are 310 students studying and secured 90% SSC results this year. A Pledge on âClean & Green Village and No use of Plasticâ was taken by the students and teachers.
