Osteoporosis Awareness Campagian & Free Early Detection Osteoporosis Screening Camp was held at Durgadi Killa, Kalyan on 13th October 2018 from 11 am onwards. A total of 115 people were checked. Diet charts and free calcium medicines were distributed to the people. We found 27 in normal range, while 76 suffering with osteopenia and 11 were found to be osteoporotic. We are thankful to Mr. Vishwanath Bhoir, Chairman, Mr.Sunil Kharuk, Asst.Chairman, Mr. Kalpesh Patil, Social Worker and all the members of Durgadi Killa Committee, Kalyan to support this program.
