Women Day with College Girls on Self – Defence Workshop

On 7th March, occasion of Women day SUADHA & BOW Institute of Martial Arts, Kalyan conducted a Self Defence Workshop at CSM College of Arts & Commerce, Padgha, Nasik Road, Bhiwandi. Around
75 junior college girls and boys participated and learnt the basic mechanism of Self-Defence. NGO has started 3 months Self – Defence Certification Course for the girls/women at school /colleges/corporates by the
Lady 3 Degree San – Sui Black Belt Master.
